Discovery-Corp Announces Closing Oversubscribed Private Placement
Vancouver - Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. (the "Company") (DCY-TSXV) announces that,
further to its news release dated August 16, 2016, it has closed its non-brokered private placement
of 8,000,000 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.03 per Unit (the "Offering"). The Offering was
oversubscribed by the full overallotment of 1,000,000 Units for a total of 9,000,000 Units and
gross proceeds of $270,000. The proceeds raised from the Offering are for working capital to
preserve the Company's existing operations and assets. No finder’s fees were paid in connection
with the Offering.

Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. Announces Closing of $160,000 Private Placement
Vancouver - Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. (the “Company”) (DCY-TSXV) announces that further to its news release dated May 25, 2015, the Company has closed its non-brokered private placement of 2,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.08 per Unit for total gross proceeds of $160,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit consists of one common share ("Share") and one share purchase warrant of the Company ("Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional Share in the capital of the Company (a "Warrant Share") at an exercise price of $0.10 per Warrant Share until June 16, 2017.

Galaxy Assay Results Validate 3-D Model of Copper-Gold Deposit
Vancouver - Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. is pleased to announce the drill results from its
exploration program on its wholly-owned Galaxy Property located near the New Afton Mine and
the Ajax Deposit in Kamloops, B.C., Canada. Diamond drilling intersected copper and precious
metal mineralization in all three holes and validate the 3-D model of the Galaxy deposit.

Vancouver - Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. announces that its 2012 exploration program has
commenced on its wholly-owned Galaxy Property located near the New Afton Mine in
Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. This phase will focus on drilling to validate the 3-D model,
which was based on historical drilling of the Galaxy deposit, and to determine if mineralization
continues below the thrust fault that is the historical bottom of the model.
